Just because you download something from the Windows Mobile store doesn’t mean you own it. Microsoft revealed at the Tech·Ed New Zealand conference that any time an app is deleted from the Windows Mobile store, it’ll be automatically removed from any phone on which it’s installed. This seems like a pretty sweeping rule, so it’s a shame there aren’t any more details. We don’t even know whether Microsoft would refund the download price to customers, though I’d assume as much.
